Randy Savage (real name Randall Mario Poffo) was a professional wrestler in the late 1990s. In 1999, he was wrestling for World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and was in a storyline feud with fellow wrestler Hulk Hogan. In April of that year, Savage became the WCW World Heavyweight Champion at the Spring Stampede Pay-Per-View event by defeating Kevin Nash. Savage continued to wrestle for several more years, but his peak years were in the 1980s and early 1990s as a part of the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) where he won multiple championships and became a fan favorite.
